From our balcony you can admire the pier, the sea, the beach and the sunset.
Close to all services and a few minutes from the archaeological park of ancient Rome, very close to the pine forest and medieval castle, very close to the LIPU protected oasis.
For any transfer we collaborate with paid van transfers upon reservation.
Near the house you will find the train station 7 minutes away on foot or 2 minutes by car and will take you to Rome's historic center in 25 minutes, ticket cost 1 euro and fifty cents.
You have chosen the wonderful place to live relaxed by the sea just a few minutes from the centre.
The house consists of a living room with a balcony overlooking the beach, a bedroom overlooking the sea, another bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea and an en-suite bathroom, a second main bathroom and a kitchen.
The house has everything you need, excellent internet connection with smart TV.
